Dance Movement Psychotherapy is a Creative Arts Therapy. Dance Therapy uses movement and dance to help people find ways of living joyfully and in their power. It helps a person integrate any problems they maybe experiencing psychologically, emotionally, physically and socially.
Dance Movement Therapy helps with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, poor body image, eating disorders and relationship issues and empowers a person back to true wellbeing.
No steps are taught and the highest respect is given to the integrity of the individuals worked with ,in a compassionate and safe atmosphere.
